Due to the collectible nature of our products and to preserve their authenticity, condition, and market value, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

  • Receipt of an item that arrives damaged in transit (supporting photos or other proof may be required).

Non-Returnable Items

Except for the limited circumstances outlined in this policy, all products sold by our store are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Opened booster packs, booster boxes, or other sealed trading card products.

  • Products whose original factory seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

  • Customized, modified, or otherwise altered items.

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, or improper storage.

To maintain the integrity and collectible value of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval, especially if the order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
