Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of normal business hours will typically be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to meet these processing times, occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery timeframes are:

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for all eligible shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling become the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. While Prism TCG cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.

Prism TCG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government or customs authority.

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Prism TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipment.
